About Coaching
A wellness coach helps you identify where you're stuck, clarify what you genuinely want, and build practical strategies to get there — in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We're not unpacking the past; we're designing a better future. I ask the questions that help you find your own answers, then support you in putting them into practice.
No — and the distinction matters. Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds, processing trauma, and mental health treatment. Coaching is present- and future-focused: it's about identifying what you want, clearing what's in the way, and building momentum. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously, as the two serve different but complementary purposes.
Yes — and often faster than people expect. Many clients experience a meaningful shift even from the first free discovery session. The process works because it meets you where you actually are, builds on your existing strengths, and creates accountability that most people simply can't manufacture alone. The changes are real, and they last because they're rooted in your values — not a script someone else wrote.
Working Together
In the 90-day program, we meet 12 times over three months — roughly once a week or fortnightly depending on what suits you best. Sessions run approximately 45–60 minutes via Zoom or phone. For flexible 1:1 coaching, frequency is agreed based on your goals and schedule. Everything is structured around what actually works for your life.
Completely. Everything discussed between coach and client is held in strict confidence. Before we begin, you'll receive a client agreement with full details on privacy and confidentiality — so you can speak freely and honestly from day one. That trust is the foundation of the work.
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. There's no commitment, no pitch, no pressure. It's 30 minutes for you to ask whatever questions you have, share a little about where you are, and decide whether this feels right. Many people find that the call itself is valuable regardless of what they decide next.
Sessions are conversational, not scripted. We typically start by checking in on how you've been since our last session and any progress on commitments. Then we work through whatever is most alive for you — a goal, a challenge, a pattern you want to shift. I might ask questions, offer a reframe, or suggest an exercise or reflection. You'll leave each session with something concrete to take into your week.
Programs & Resources
12 one-on-one sessions over 90 days, all via Zoom or phone at times that suit you. The program covers mindset and habit formation, stress and energy management, values and purpose clarification, boundary-setting, and decluttering — physical, mental, and relational. You'll receive exercises and frameworks at each stage, and leave with a toolkit that continues to serve you long after we finish.
The digital resources — eBooks, workbooks, and video guides — are available to purchase directly through the Programs page, via Gumroad. Each is a standalone tool you can start immediately, at your own pace. They're designed to be practical and immediately applicable, not just inspirational reading.
Practical Details
All sessions are conducted remotely, via Zoom or phone — your choice. This means I work with clients across different time zones, and you don't need to travel or rearrange your day significantly. You just need a quiet space where you can speak freely.

Life happens, and I understand that. I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session where possible. Full details on scheduling and cancellation are included in the client agreement before we begin, so there are no surprises.
